​These fundamental principles are some of the essential skills msk ultrasound lovers will need for the years ahead.

Discussion: Our case demonstrates that misdiagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome can occur, even when clinical features and electrodiagnostic findings are consistent with the disorder. This patient case underscores the importance of recognizing signs and symptoms of disorders that can potentially mimic and/or interact with carpal tunnel syndrome, and how appropriate clinical judgement should be utilized, even when clinical features and electrodiagnostic findings are consistent with the disorder. The addition of musculoskeletal ultrasound assessment to traditional electrodiagnostic testing helped in reaching the accurate underlying diagnosis in this case.

The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) announced on March 5th, 2021, that Physical therapists are recognized as eligible to furnish the vaccine (with provisions) in some states.
 
According to the article, we quote: "Several states, including Maryland, California, and Colorado, as well as Washington, D.C., recognize PTs as eligible to furnish the COVID-19 vaccine (with provisions, such as mandatory training). Check with your APTA state chapter for guidance on whether your state has issued temporary authority for PTs and PTAs to administer the vaccine. And stay tuned for a practice advisory from APTA that will address the roles and responsibilities of physical therapists administering the COVID-19 vaccine."
